Who I Am
My name is Hiza Tehseen. I am a technology writer and independent IT support specialist based in Pakistan. For over five years I have personally worked with Android iOS Windows and macOS devices diagnosing problems exploring hidden settings and helping people get more out of the technology they already own.
I started HiddenTechGuide.com in 2023 after noticing that most tech help online is either locked behind jargon or copied from official documentation with nothing added. My goal is to fill that gap with content that is genuinely tested clearly explained and written for real users not engineers.
My Background
I have spent years informally troubleshooting devices for friends family and colleagues the kind of hands-on experience that does not come from reading manuals. Over time I built a systematic approach: test every tip on a physical device document what actually works and write it up in a way a complete beginner can follow.
I am not affiliated with Apple Google Microsoft or any device manufacturer. Every guide I publish is independent unsponsored and based on my own testing.
How I Create Content
Every feature fix or setting is tested on a real device before I write about it not pulled from other blogs or official documentation alone.
Screenshots and images in my guides are taken directly on my own hardware so what you see matches what you will find on your screen.
I clearly state when a solution requires professional repair and I do not suggest software fixes for hardware only problems.
Articles are reviewed and updated whenever an app or operating system changes the steps involved. I cite official documentation from Apple Google,and Microsoft when referencing technical specifications so you can verify anything I say.
Why Trust This Site Over Official Docs?
Official documentation tells you what a feature does. My guides focus on when it matters why you would use it and exactly where to find it on your actual screen including when menu locations differ between device models or OS versions. That context is what official support pages typically leave out.
